About

The leading fuel system testing and manufacturing facility

For over 20 years, we at KPM Fuel Systems have been developing high-quality, innovative products for the performance automotive industry. With a focus on quality, precision, reliability, and OEM styling, our products lead the world in performance fuel systems.

Our most exciting innovations to date are our high-powered KPM Fuel Modules and PWM Systems catering for massive power from 800 hp to 2700 hp depending on your vehicle model. These systems are being released in the United States in early 2024. Find out what we have made for your vehicle here.

These new releases, along with our suite of other products, are available for Chevrolet, Mustang, Jeep and a range of other vehicles, both standard and high-performance. We offer full solutions including OEM fit, drop-in fuel pump kits, injectors, regulators, and E85 options.

From service station workshop to highly equipped performance facility

KPM Fuel Systems has grown from humble beginnings as a small, family business out of Adelaide, Australia, to now being an international fuel delivery distributor. Working with major industry players, such as BOSCH Motorsport, we have grown and sustained our business by developing products of the highest quality and, importantly, with long-term reliability.

We noticed many aftermarket parts were manufactured by companies that didn’t fully understand the cars they were delivering for. With our sister company, KPM Motorsport, being the leading Australian engine building and tuning workshop for American, Australian, and European performance vehicles, we found ourselves in a unique position. We understand the vehicles, and can build our own systems to perfectly suit our clienteles’ needs. As we have developed, we have been able to make necessary adjustments and ultimately innovate systems that no other manufacturer is producing.

We found a common problem in the aftermarket is the practice of replacing just one part of a fuel system to achieve the desired fuel supply. Examples of this may be fitting a larger fuel pump, fitting 2, 3, or 4 fuel pumps, supplying more current to the existing fuel pump, or fitment of an extra external fuel tank.
Many of the above methods introduce issues of surging, fuel overheating and vaporizing, noisy pumps, emitting fuel vapours and smell, or unbalancing the system making individual components unreliable.
KPM has solved these problems by utilizing OE methods and creating a fuel delivery system that includes all matched components working to achieve the level of fuel supply required. It sounds simple, however it has taken many years of development ensuring that we supply exactly matched components to create a fuel system that works.

Sometimes, simple solutions require a lot of hard work behind the scenes. At KPM Fuel Systems we pride ourselves on doing the grunt work and creating simple solutions for your vehicles.

Precision and Quality Guarantee

All our products at KPM Fuels Systems are built to the highest level of precision and quality to ensure hassle-free use. With each module we manufacture, we provide full step-by-step instructions to ensure ease of use and operation. These instructions are critical when installing products to your vehicle.

We have collected and trained a team of highly skilled individuals. Our engineers and expert technicians develop and test every component of every product and package we offer. Our products are designed with OEM fitment as a key feature. Each component is designed and engineered specifically to suit its application. An excellent eye for detail and constant innovation is what sets KPM apart and that all comes from our expert technicians and engineers.

David Roscio, owner of KPM Fuel Systems and KPM Motorsport, talks about KPM as it has changed over the years.

How has KPM changed over the years?

KPM started as a one man operation, working out of a fuel service station workshop. Now we are a highly equipped motorsport and performance facility manufacturing quality components with a small team of dedicated technicians, engineers and assembly crew.

What drove that change?

As we continued to grow as a primary engine building, repair, and calibration business we found that many components or systems were either old technology, a stop-gap solution or not available and therefore, not keeping up with the ever increasing power demands of modern vehicle performance.

This led us to begin manufacturing our own components for many of our in-house upgrades, and performance and motorsport builds.

Once we started down that track, our main area of focus quickly became the need for high performance fuel systems with the functionality of the OE manufacturers. I have said it a lot but, meeting the needs of high powered modern vehicles was not being done well, and, for KPM, meeting those needs has been a large part of our success.

Where do you want to see KPM go into the future?

Our aim is to expand on our current range of modern vehicle fuel systems both in the U.S. and Australia and help workshops and technicians understand the benefits of our KPM fuel systems over what is currently available elsewhere on the market.

What sets KPM apart?

Our company mandate has always been ensuring that all our performance aftermarket products meet the needs of high performance vehicles, with OE functionality, quality and fitment. Many of the vehicles that we manufacture our products for are late modern high performance cars from manufacturer showroom. Our aim at KPM is to keep the integrity of the vehicle with aftermarket parts that integrate perfectly as if they were made by OE manufacturer.

If you could go back 10 years and change one thing what would it be?

Nothing. I’ve made mistakes along the way, but I believe that every up and down contributes to learning what we know today.
