SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are generally processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You will be informed of any extended delays in processing. Items are available for backorder where advised with an estimated delivery time provided.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PAYMENT

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Full payment is required at time of order. Orders will not be shipped until such time that payment is received.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Customers may return new & unused merchandise still in the original packaging within 14 days from the date of payment for credit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return freight to KPM Fuel Systems is payable by the customer. No refund is given for freight as part of the approved return or exchange.
